K-12 Education

Since 1993, K-12 enrollment has dropped 20% in North Dakota.  This chart also shows that school district revenue has increased 98% over the same time.
Local revenue per K-12 student has increased 166% since 1993, while state revenue per student increased 116%.  In 1993, local revenue per student was higher than state revenue per student.  That is no longer the case.
K-12 school districts in North Dakota increased their revenue 14% between 2006 and 2009, while ACT scores actually decreased by .5% during the time period.
